Newly remodelled and little hotel with excellent team in a pretty hostile manner. Lovely, magnificent location on hop off ferries. And close enough to coast promenade, an excellent restaurant, and the hill overlooking Lake Como.

Beds were too hard.

I was offered a room with INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL views of the lake. It also had a large bathroom and lovely beds - all for a very special stay. This hotel was set in a central area so close to the hill, and restraunts. Had lunch/dinner at Venue Olivedo Restaurant, which I found not very far from the hotel.

Some of the staff were a bit rude.

Our stay was a perfectly pleasant experience. the staff were all attentive and provided good service. the breakfast had a variety of options and included fresh bread, granola, yogurt, and fruit.

We enjoyed our stay in this recently refurbished and charming hotel. the staff was excellent. the double room was good-sized and had a balcony. the accommodation is centrally located, close to the Lido Sports center for swimming. We loved dining at Pasghetti's, just a short stroll away, where the service was good.

The queen room with a fantastic terrace and attic ceiling was beautifully presented and air-conditioned, and the staff were incredibly helpful, providing excellent recommendations.

This place is lovely, serving a tasty breakfast, and boasts a fantastic location near the train station, the rooms are modern and well-insulated, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful 2 days here. This newly remodeled hotel has a fantastic central location right beside the train station. The breakfast was hearty and delicious, with croissants that were to die for! The service was good overall, making our stay enjoyable.

Room I had was nice and cool with AC and had big windows on the ceiling like in an attic. 🌬️

the delicious breakfasts were a highlight, especially with the beautiful views. 2. the fruit salad was excellent. 3. the location was amazing, close to Varenna and other towns around Lake Como. 4. It was convenient being near Varenna restaurants, the ferry, and the train station.
